The metabolism is the creation of intracellular water and energy. In order for there to be efficient flow and create any resonant sustainable experience we must support the regeneration of energy. This isn’t just a philosophy its neuroscience. Any action paired with an intention is what creates nothing out of something or something into something else. And our intention comes from a story which is made from the holy trinity of our unconscious, subconscious and conscious. “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate” Carl Jung. Creating loving awareness around the stories we tell ourselves is a reclamation of our inherent creative powers. Our stories shape our beliefs and our beliefs shape our intentions and our intentions co-create our reality. Thats why I teach the science because Science helps us write a story. Most of us were taught a story rooted in fear of our bodies, void of trust in our self healing(creative) inherent powers. which leads us into the 3rd law of creation…

The Moment! It’s the art(and science) of life. Our response in the present moment is what creates our future(and our past). The present moment is a combination of variables that are always changing so the present moment is our most accurate marker for creating the most resonance. It’s the flow. You don’t know if it needs more salt until you taste it in the moment. A carrot doesn’t grow by waiting for the perfect conditions or hinder its fullest expression in comparison to another carrot, it utilizes the resources it has in the Moment and expresses itself fully regardless if its different from the other carrot. There is no right way or one way, there is YOUR way. The universe has an affinity for harmony, our authenticity in the present Moment is an expression of that agenda. This relates to CHOICE: our lifestyle habits and our expression.

HTMA stands for Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis. It is a non invasive biopsy of hair tissue. honestly, I am still figuring how to explain it since it continues to evolve and refine. So although the nature of what I do and what I offer can not be fully captured in words, and I hope that the website does its job in answering this on some level, from one conscious perspective I support you in your fullest expression and capacity to transform patterns. Practically speaking I mean literally the capacity to detox waste and absorb nutrients, to absorb light and emit light, to receive and to release. mmm revive the flow.
