Hi! I’m Hayley Goldstein

I am a visionary, healing facilitator and performance artist, all of which are interrelated. I empower and inspire you to be in your fullest expression on a cellular level, through the objective lens of my practical and quantum framework “Minerals, Mindset, and the Moment”, by supporting the integrity of the water body, education and expressive arts.

Although I ham not to be described but experienced, from one conscious perspective you could describe me as a scientist of art and an artist of science whose ever evolving curiosity for life, driven by truth/love(healthy sprinkle of fear), shapes my mission to remind us all (inhale) of our divine abilities we inherit being human and that we create everything from “nothing”,  and the bright shining multi dimensional beings that we all are (exhale).

you need to realize that power and magic lives in the mundane and subtlety, in a world that distracts you, an alchemical being, from the whispers with in.

and if your goal is to be sustainable and shift uncomfortable chronic symptoms, interconnected to all of the above, you need to tend to your mineral terrain and water body, the foundation of your health. in other words, work with the laws of the universe.

I inspire and guide artists like myself in supporting the sustainability of the vessel in which allows us to create or in other words the vessel in which allows us to express and be here.

Physically speaking, Most of my life I experienced chronic illness, from no period (literally), strep throat to sinus infections, acid reflux, allergies, lactose intolerance, indigestion, stomach pains, skin rashes, pneumonia at 13 years of age, the shingles etc.. And because I was not taught to listen to these whispers of my body or the self healing nature of my body, and instead taught to fear and oppress the whispers with symptomatic approaches, my body started to scream and gave me no choice but to listen in 2021. So naturally as the truth seeker that I am, I went searching for solutions for my chronic illness.. In that pursuit, I got to the cell, the world of minerals and metabolic health. As I started to integrate what I was studying/learning (and re-membering) from the metabolism, to German new Medicine to fascia, to neuro biology, my chronic symptoms began to change. But this journey of transformation from fragility to resiliency is not just a result of the science knowledge but also my perspective in the art of healing through the lens of performance art. Performance art has everything to do with the art (and science) of healing and creating. It is not just about WHAT we take or do but WHY we take or do because this shapes our HOW(the process and the outcome). So my approach and what I teach holistically tends to all 3, the what, why, and how; to support your fullest expression, the erotic flow and your capacity to be with it all.
